Beep-Beep - Rhodesian Ridgeback, CRN 040027, (233) DogGoneFast, Joy Gochman |
Nominated by: Amanda Brown and Amy Stewart, RALEIGH, NC, US |
What kind of dog should be inducted into the Clyde Moore Hall Of Fame? We believe it should be Beep-Beep, a Rhodesian Ridgeback. Notoriety: She might not have been a flashy fast dog setting records and taking names, but what she did do was play a sport that wasn’t popular for her breed... and she played it exceptionally well. Beep-Beep was an ambassador for her breed and was well known in Regions 15 and 9 with her owner, Joy Gochman. Longevity: She raced for 10 years and accumulated “first-to” titles in 10 of 14 regular titles, 8 of 10 multibreed titles, and earned her Iron Dog. Team Value: Beep-Beep was a valuable start dog, well before the no-false-start rule changes. She led her team to the Multibreed Regional Championship in 2008, and a 1st place finish in the CanAm Classic Multibreed Division 1 in 2009. That is an achievement by itself, but add that Beep-Beep is a rare breed in the sport and a large breed, it was a huge feat. Beep-Beep fills all the criteria to be elected into the NAFA Clyde Moore Hall of Fame and we hope you will recognize her significant accomplishments with your vote. |

Cayenne - Border Collie, CRN 080821, (343) Alamo Racing Canines, Steve Corona |
Nominated by: Steve Corona, Georgetown, TX, US |
Cayenne was a true ambassador for the sport of flyball. She was rescued from Border Collie Rescue of Texas and immediately took to the game. During her career she was recognized as the Region 5 MVP, earned her Iron Dog title and ended her career with 51,152 points. During public flyball demonstrations, Cayenne could be handed off to anyone, adult or child, who got such a thrill "running" a flyball dog. She also performed at several halftime shows at a local University and loved meeting people afterwards. She was instrumental in growing her first club and was an excellent helper dog during practice or classes. Although normally quiet in all other settings, you could tell when Cayenne was coming up to race because of her smack barking...haha! Unfortunately she was diagnosed with Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and was retired shortly afterwards. She lived her best life for another 5 years before crossing the Rainbow Bridge. Cayenne was an amazing teammate with that ever-present Border Collie quirkiness that endeared her to all that met her. For this and so many other reasons I ask for your consideration of honoring her with induction into the Clyde Moore Hall of Fame. |

THROTTLE - Mix, CRN 120382, (2) Animal Inn, Laurie & Chad Wahl |
Nominated by: Neil Flood, Prior Lake, MN, US |
An elite dog that could be described as the straw that stirs the drink; Throttle thrived at the highest level over the course of his racing career. His racing career saw him race in 7 regions, spread across 4 provinces and 5 states. He was an instrumental contributor to Animal Inn’s top Regular team for his entire career. During this time, he was a key contributor on a team that won 8 consecutive Regional Championships (2012-2019), won two NAFA Regular Championships (2014,2015), never failed to qualify for the CanAm Regular invitational (2012-2019), qualified for 2 CanAm finals and winning one, 2014 and 2018 respectively, as well as being a part of Animal Inn’s fastest club time ever when they ran 14.76 at CanAm in 2017. Early in his career Throttle settled in to running second, racing there his entire career, and was a tone setter for the team, running 3.4-3.5 times during his prime years. Throttle finished his career with 59,849 points and got to fittingly finish his career racing one last time at CanAm where he enjoyed so much success. Throttle was a truly special dog. |

Breeze - Boston Terrier, CRN 180250, (490) Spring Loaded, Keri & Joel McQuiggan |
Nominated by: Kelly Price, (490) Spring Loaded, Casco, MI, |
Breeze is the primary height dog for our multibreed team but she has really had to step it up since the pandemic and fill in for our regular team height dogs when they were injured. She adapts to any lineup and sometimes runs into 3 different dogs and in every position in a weekend without missing a beat. At our November tournament, she filled in on our "A" team and helped them to a first place finish with team times in the low 15s, which was needed to win our Regional Regular Championship. At CanAm 2022, she had to pull double duty so that we only had to pull 1 team instead of 2 with the loss of several dogs and handlers just before the event. Even though she had to run extra races, she kept her speed and helped her multi team repeat their 2019 performance to win the Grand Championship. Along with all she does for our team, she is a great ambassador for her breed, proving that brachycephalics that are kept fit and healthy can be amazing athletes, earning her a feature on the ESPN/AKC special. |

Epic - Mix, CRN 140187, (46) Some Ruff Competition, Lynda Verna & Emma Kate Hamilton |
Nominated by: Some Ruff Competition, (46) Some Ruff Competition, Innisfil, ON, CA |
Epic boasts a heart that knows no bounds. In his inaugural tournament, he propelled his team, Border Patrol, to unprecedented heights, ultimately setting the NAFA record with a remarkable 14.433. Truly a testament to unwavering dedication by Lynda Verna and Team, consistently pushing the boundaries of the sport and challenging teams not only from Region 2 and afar Epic then embarked on a new adventure with Some Ruff Competition, bringing his speed, reliability, and enthusiasm to the lanes again. Breaking team records, winning divisions and an invite to the CanAm were only some of the highlights. 2020 saw the pandemic halt racing and Epic faced a life-altering injury requiring emergency PTLO surgery. Focus shifted to ensuring Epic's happiness and well-being. In 2022, racing returned and with cautious optimism, SRC accepted the invitation to the inaugural AKC Flyball Dog Challenge, though uncertain about our team's lineup. After 18 months of arduous rehabilitation, Epic made a triumphant return to Flyball, participating in the invitational event, attending tournaments, all culminating in his achievement of the Iron Dog award alongside his littermates in July 2023. We love Epic as much as he loves Flyball. Thank you for your consideration of this extraordinary athlete for this lifetime achievement. |

Icon - Mix, CRN 120380, (2) Animal Inn, Carolyn Flood |
Nominated by: Kailey Smith, (2) Animal Inn, White Bear Lake, MN, US |
I would like to nominate Icon for Region 3 MVP. Icon was a vital part of Animal Inn for many years. He ran in every position and was a key height dog for all of his racing career. Even at 11 years old he held his own team to many regular team wins. Icon ran for many people during his career but he and Aidan Flood made a great team. He earned his Hobbies this past season and he retired with 103,627 points. |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 4 |

Drake - Jack/Russell Terrier, CRN 150789, (899) Outrun, Lana Luhring |
Nominated by: Lana Luhring, (899) Outrun, Waverly, IA, |
Drake, a JRT,stands just over 12 inches at the shoulder. He has spent the last eight years running as a height dog on Outrun and can run in any position being a fearless passer. Over the past year he has run in Finals at Can Am and nearly every tournament held in Regions- 3, 4 and 21. At the close of this racing year he has 93,379 points all earned jumping his height at 7 inches. This racing year he has earned nearly 20,000 points while racing in five different states. Drake has a personal best time in his life of 4.513 and a best time of 4.78 at his present age of 9. Drake is one of those dogs who always gives his ALL when playing flyball. Every photo of him shows how happy he is to race and flyball is his favorite game. Drake had eye damage and emergency surgery due to a cat scratch a few years ago and that has not stopped him from being an amazing sports dog though he does have some loss of vision in his right eye. I would be honored if you would consider Drake as worthy of Regional MVP. |

Jasper achieved his HOBBES on 11/6/2021 and is currently working on his IRON DOG Title. Please give Jasper a vote and if you want to make him really happy when you see him give him a TREAT..... |

Piper - Mix, CRN 130743, (343) Alamo Racing Canines, Jennifer Steede |
Nominated by: Shelley Corona, (343) Alamo Racing Canines, Bee Cave, TX, US |
ARC would like to nominate HSS Pied Piper of Perpetual Motion (“Piper”) for the Region 5 MVP. Piper is owned by Jennifer Steede and loved by all. Piper has been ARC’s height dog for the last few years and we literally could not have run a regular team without her. Piper is always excited to get into the lanes and can smack talk just as well as any of the big dogs out there. She recently earned her FGDCh 60,000 title and has the distinct honor of being the first in ARC’s history to do so. Piper is an amazing dog. She is unfazed by anything thrown at her even if it’s a 60lb Malinois that didn’t see her and flattened her while he was learning to pass. She runs any position with any dog and is as consistent and reliable as they come. She’s also incredibly adorable ??" her antics of boing-ing up and down like Tigger (from Winnie the Pooh) as she waits to race outside the ring always brings a smile. The affection she and Jenn have for each other is evident inside and outside the ring and she will always remain an irreplaceable member of ARC. |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 5 |

Tugger - Border Collie, CRN 090220, (1094) Pawz Across Texas, Elaine Wood |
Nominated by: Mike Smith, (1094) Pawz Across Texas, Fischer, TX, US |
Elaine Wood is the owner of the Pawz Across Texas flyball club in San Antonio, Texas. She got Tugger way back in the summer of 2008....before CanAm even existed! Since then, Tugger has had a remarkable career. Besides his own club, he has run on multiple clubs on open teams helping every dog along the way with his consistent and fast runs. He lives for the game and has proved it through his very long flyball career. He has exceeded by 5 years; the qualifications for an Iron Dog Award! We believe he is the oldest dog still actively running in flyball today. Though, not as fast, his love for the game hasn't dwindled at all. Still barking loudly, pulling hard and running smooth as he just celebrated his 15th birthday this past June. Elaine and Tugger have been inseparable and they look forward for the next NAFA racing year. |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 6 |
---|
Rumor - Border Collie, CRN 121135, (757) Crazy Train, Meagan Langs |
Nominated by: Aeryun Kinder, (757) Crazy Train, Mesa, AZ, US |
I would like to nominate a special border collie named Rumor, also known as, “Rumor has it!” for Region 6’s MVP. Rumor started her career in our region in November of 2012 and is still running strong. Since that time, she has proven to be a consistent dog that teams in our region can count on. She is a sweet dog who loves people and adores the sport of flyball most of all. She has run consistently for over 11 years obtaining over 49,000 points, 23,000 of those are multi breed points. She now runs part-time or back up training green dogs and handlers. She has run on many open teams, multiple region regular and multi breed champion teams in region 6 over the years. In 2016 she was also on the NAFA Flyball Champion Multibreed Class team. Overall, I truly feel that Rumor deserves this award because she is a dog with a combination of heart, reliability and true love for the sport of flyball. |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 8 |

THRASHER - Mix, CRN 110208, (553) Inner Drive, Susan Williams |
Nominated by: Susan Williams, (553) Inner Drive, Winnipeg, MB, CA |
Thrasher has been a part of Inner Drive from her beginning. She was the HD for many years, part of the team that took us into the 15 second club. In her youth she was a machine, never stopped, never slowed down. She still is just her speed is slower. She is also the dog most people did not notice. She is not flashy or loud, she just comes out does her thing and leaves. She has taught many new handlers how to run a dog and has been handled by many people on the lanes. Her love of the game means she will run for anyone. She is turning 14 and still running, her joy to still play can be seen by all. She has even started barking to get the other dog moving. She is the dog that picks up her tug and then launches herself at her handler to catch her at the end. She also likes to go and visit the box loader at the end of practice to say thanks. She will be retiring soon which she will not like, I would love to show her that she really is a MVP. |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 9 |
---|
Heidi - Epagneul Breton, CRN 130193, (814) Heads or Tails, Eric Berg |
Nominated by: Laura Green, (814) Heads or Tails, Roanoke, VA, |
Heidi and Eric are the best kind of team partners. Together, they make each other better. Eric's ability to predict Heidi's speed, excitement, and drive from the first race of the day until the final heat, has earned them multitudes of perfect starts. She is an unusual start dog, holding down the position for our Multi lineup the majority of her career. She was the first dog in our club to earn a double ONYX title. In addition to helping our team's Multi lineup compete in the finals at CanAm 2021, place 2nd runner up in Regional placements last year, and 2nd overall at the Inaugural Multibreed Challenge held in Canada this summer, she has filled in on a number of new club's green teams as the solid veteran. She is an easygoing, happy-go-lucky girl who proves girls just want to have fun! |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 9 |
---|
Merlin - Mix, CRN 160786, (357) K9 Kickstart, Briana Baldino |
Nominated by: Ashley Castro, (357) K9 Kickstart, Powhatan, VA, US |
Merlin’s been racing with K9K for years and has taught many dogs (and handlers) throughout his journey. He brought his handler into the dog sport world and changed her life for the better. Ever enthusiastic, he’s always ready to race! He’ll be retiring at CanAm this year and I can’t think of a better way to celebrate him. |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 9 |
---|
Nacho - Papillon, CRN 190346, (357) K9 Kickstart, Tracy Sklenar |
Nominated by: Donna Shelton, (171) Fur Fun, Climax, NC, US |
Nacho chose flyball and brought his family along. His enthusiasm is contagious. Not only does he bring his spirit, he is a valuable height dog. Adding even more versatility, he is a breed height dog that gives more options to a multibreed team. He is a solid teammate and can run for multiple handlers. Take him to the ring and let him go. Is there anything cuter than him hustling up and down the lanes with his ears and hair flowing in the wind? |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 9 |
---|
Oh Boy! - Whippet, CRN 130017, (583) Double Dog Dare, Dana Hanson |
Nominated by: Julie Jenkins, (171) Fur Fun, Climax, NC, US |
OhBoy embodies all the traits that make a great flyball dog. He is consistent, reliable, and wicked fast. Even more importantly for his small club, he can run for any handler and in any position. He runs his heart out for whoever carries his beloved burlap sack. For the last ten years OhBoy has consistently put up amazing times and helped his team immeasurably. He deserves recognition (and all the burlap sacks he can destroy) for his contribution to Double Dog Dare and region 9. |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 9 |
---|
Speck - Border Collie, CRN 220516, (978) Turbo Paws, David Reinhart |
Nominated by: Amanda Brown and Cris Lane, (233) DogGoneFast, Raleigh, NC, US |
We would like to nominate Speckles (or Speck, as she is affectionately called by her owner, David Reinhart) from Turbo Paws for the Region 9 MVP. Speck was adopted on Feb 14, 2022 and immediately started her flyball training. She was a quick study and was competing in tournaments by the end of the summer. Speck attended her first CanAm in October of 2022 and helped her team reach the finals and win Regular 3! A reliable competitor, she may be calm waiting to get to the lanes, but don't let her calmness fool you because she is stealthy. She can run in any position in the lineup and has posted a best time of 3.807. Speck has helped her club break their fastest Regular time on 4 separate occasions in the past year and the future is bright for this MVP. As David has been heard to say, "she's one in a million". Please consider casting your vote for Speck! |
Nomination Regional MVP 2023 - REGION 10 |
---|
Belinda - Mix, CRN 180330, (1002) On My Go!, Karen Jacobson |
Nominated by: Stefani Chouinard, (1002) On My Go!, Mazerolle Settlement, NB, CA |
Belinda is a little mix breed dog, not bred for sports, but destined to be amazing at them. She is the very definition of HEART! Belinda learned the game of flyball in no time! She displays near perfect form, from boxturn, to striding, to ball carry, each and every time she steps onto the mats. She doesn't care who she's racing... fast, slow, loud, beginner or veteran, even an empty lane, she always gives everything she's got! She may not make it to all the tournaments, but when she does, she can run in any position, over any height, into and out of any dog! Nothing fazes Belinda, as long as she can play the game! Where Belinda really shines is at our club practices. This little dog always shows up, ready to help our greenies get ready for the the excitement and energy of tournaments. We always say, "if your dog can race against Belinda, they are ready to race any dog!". Sometimes, it's not only what a dog does on the tournament lanes that make them an MVP, but also what they do and how they contribute to the club behind the scenes... Belinda can do it all!! |

Capri - Jack Russell Terrier, CRN 120651, (849) Carleton County Flyball, Carole Anne Naves |
Nominated by: Jenna Stockford, (849) Carleton County Flyball, Florenceville-Bristol, NB, CA |
Carleton County would like to nominate “Little Eden Seasonally in Style” Capri for Region 10 MVP this year. Capri began her flyball career in 2013 and has been solid from the start, earning her first three titles in her debut. She has played in more than 120 tournaments throughout regions 10, 13, and 20 and even attended CANAM as a puppy. Capri earned her Iron Dog last year in 2022, and this year, at almost 12 years old, earned her 50,000-point title and recently became the #1 Jack Russell Terrier in NAFA. Capri is a point-and-shoot dog and has helped train countless dogs and handlers from all different clubs and has run every position in flyball from start dog to anchor. She has even once one judge's choice when her ball came out of the box funny and rolled under the box judge’s chair, under the curtain, and out into the crating area; Capri still went and got her ball, came back, lined herself up and came back over the jumps. Capri always plays with heart, whether playing flyball, disc, barn ratting, dock diving, or doing therapy work at local nursing homes. She truly embodies love for the game. |

Nominated by: Eileen Higginbotham, (266) Fast 'n FURious, Winsloe, PE, CA |
Fast n' FURious respectfully submits Jasper for Region 10 MVP. This little dynamo Cocker Spaniel has really got it all! Jasper started his racing career in 2017 with his mom, Peggy Arsenault. Jasper is truly a point and shoot dog, racing for anyone, as a regular or height dog, in any position, with dogs he is familiar with or dogs he has never met. He is clearly of great value on every team he is on, even mixing it up with other teams in Open! Because he is so solid, he can be counted on to go down and back flawlessly with his ball every single heat. Over Jasper's career, he has been valuable in proofing new dogs and training new handlers. Henna - Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever, CRN 140146, (1086) Patriot Flyball, Liz & Dave Strauss |
Nominated by: Cynthia Henderson, (382) Wicked Runners, Grafton, MA, US |
I nominate Henna for the region 13 MVP award. Henna is a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever owned and loved by Dave and Liz Strauss. She started playing flyball in 2014 and even though she has been living with Addison's Disease since 2015 she has continued to be a valuable member of the Wicked Runners (formerly named Weston Whirlwinds) flyball club. Henna was part of the Weston Whirlwinds 2018 Multibreed Division 4 CanAm Championship team. Henna earned her FGDCh 30k and her Iron Dog titles. LBD - Mix, CRN 140371, (906) Dixie Flyers, Emily Harris |
Nominated by: Angela Raby, (1077) Rabid Fire, Fayetteville, TN, US |
Rabid Fire is proud to nominate Dixie Flyer “Little Brown Dog” (LBD) for Region 14 2023 MVP. LBD is officially named Roxie, but her teammates decided LBD suited her much better. She has been a consistent, valuable team member, regardless of which position or team she is running with. Before every race, Roxie and her handler can be seen in the runback lanes working on putting a ball in a dish pan. This ensures Roxie understands to bring her ball back every time. She is a consistent height dog and you knew when running with her she would make very few mistakes. The dishpan has run with Roxie for all 90,000 points she has earned. LBD is a valued height dog and also fills in on other clubs whenever needed since she can run in any position. She has traveled to 3 different regions outside of Region 14 to play and has run for 3 different handlers during this year. Her Texas friends, from K9K, stated that after meeting and running with LBD, they made a friend furever and have even tried recruiting her to their team. |

Mira, a 12-year-old American Hairless Terrier, is proudly owned by Billie Medendorp. She became part of the family as a young and adorable puppy through adoption. For an impressive decade, Mira has been the height dog for the esteemed Rocket City Racers flyball team, making her an invaluable member of the group. Charley - Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, CRN 160623, (751) Scallywags, Judi Ruff |
Nominated by: Russell Bobb, (751) Scallywags, Baltimore, MD, US |
I am nominating Charley for Region 15 MVP. Charley has been Scallywag's go to height dog for seven years. In that time he has become the first Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to achieve 60k and 70k NAFA points. He is rock steady and has a great "can do" attitude when running in the lane. Charley is always excited to go play Flyball. He is well mannered and Scallywags often uses him in training situations to help proof other dogs to passing and head to head racing. Charley is an excellent teammate and we hope to keep running with him for many years to come. |

Ruckus - Mix, CRN 140776, (411) Silver Streaks, Stacey Coleman |
Nominated by: Stacey Coleman, (411) Silver Streaks, Reno, NV, |
Ruckus aka the gargoyle, did not take to flyball with ease. He struggled with aggression issues (against his own teammates) and no real love of the ball. He was a staffy mix, shelter rescue that was super shy. He was supposed to be our height dog and we worked hard to get him to the point of racing on a team. Once all the pieces fell into place with him, he became our most reliable height dog. He always had to start from the 5 foot line, so he wouldn’t eat his teammates. He also was threatened at the beginning of each heat with becoming gargoyle stew if he dropped his ball. We always joked that he avoided the crockpot one heat at a time. But, hard work paid off! He was quick and often legged out a taller dog for the win. He became the height dog for our A team and our multi breed team, brining home the Regional Champions title for that year. Now, at 11 1/2, he still runs, just not as much. He has let the youngsters have the glory as he enjoys his semi retirement. Moral of the story, take a chance on an underdog! |

Pixel - Mix, CRN 170093, (695) Alaska Dogs Gone Wild, Mesa Smith |
Nominated by: Alaska Dogs Gone Wild, (0) NAFA Inc., Anytown, NE, |
Pixel had an amazing racing year! It started by running as ADGW’s height dog at CanAm 2022 with first place finishes each day, including the Classic Championship for Regular Division 2. Throughout the year, Pixel was a go-to dog for double listing as a backup thanks to her reliability, stamina, and versatility. Without her as a height dog on a regular team and filling in for some races on an open team, ADGW would have had to drop an entire team from several tournaments. Despite setting 7-inch jump heights, her line-to-line personal best is 3.926. As an 8-year-old, she still hits some 4.0s. Over the last six years, Pixel was the height dog for: 1) seven ADGW regular records (including four regional records), 2) every time ADGW has run in the 15s, and 3) the Region 18 multibreed record--all of which were run with a junior handler. In addition to 2022, she was the height dog on ADGW's CanAm Classic Championship teams in 2017, 2019, and 2021. Pixel has had quite the illustrious career and an especially impactful 2023 racing year, all while entertaining everyone with her sassy personality! |

Amaze - Mix, CRN 190599, (765) LAUNCH, Lisa Hapgood |
Nominated by: Russell Evans, (765) LAUNCH, Wheat Ridge, CO, US |
Launch Flyball is pleased to nominate Crossdrives Shock and Awe, "Amaze", for Region 19 2023 MVP. Amaze is an extraordinary competitor and anchor dog. She began representing our region on April of 2021 and, despite the pandemic, has competed in 49 tournament days across 7 states to date, accumulating 18,763 points and 10 titles. Amaze has consistently shown the heart and competitive spirit that hallmarks the very best flyball dogs and has contributed significantly to Launch's success, both in Region 19, and across the country. Fearless in every competition, Amaze is one of those very rare dogs that can complete a lap over 9" jumps in less than 3.4 seconds, giving Launch a huge competitive edge. Extremely friendly, compact, and intelligent, Amaze will run in any position and for any handler and excels both as an anchor dog and in the pack. She is a joy to run with and, on behalf of all the great dogs and handlers she has raced with over the past year, we feel she is very deserving of MVP recognition. |

Cruise - Australian Shepherd, CRN 190020, (1054) Mutter Chaos, Angelic Alcorn |
Nominated by: Carol Freeman, (1054) Mutter Chaos, Saint Charles, IA, US |
Cruise is one of the most reliable dogs around. He has helped train almost every Mutter Chaos dog and their handlers because he is pretty much unflappable. We have lost track of the number of people he has run for, including sometimes traveling without Angelic. He has run with other teams when needed because he is so steady and flexible. Though he may occasionally give you a look like you are crazy (especially if you want him to run start), he will do pretty much anything you ask. Angelic is also the backbone of Mutter Chaos, we would not be the team we are without her expertise in training flyball and her commitment to seeing this club succeed. She is the mastermind who trained 5 green dogs, through COVID, bringing them to the point we could successfully debut them as a complete team. They ran so well they collectively brought home 12 titles from their first tournament. They ran like a reliable experienced team thanks in large part to Angelic and Cruise's leadership, expertise, patience, and dedication. Cruise is and always has been an MVP in our hearts, it is our honor to nominate him for the Region 21 MVP. |

Nada - Mix, CRN 180482, (299) Omaha Speed Racers, Ginger Porter |
Nominated by: Crystal Cappel, (299) Omaha Speed Racers, Atlantic, IA, US |
OSR would like to nominate Nada for Regional MVP. She has been an integral part of our team. She takes the game very seriously and rarely misses a beat. Her consistent nature has made her a dream to run both start and in a passing position. She is a great dog to help new teammates learn how to pass and people often argue over who gets to pass Nada! She can run any position and can adjust on the fly for anything that is thrown at her. Her times rarely change whether she is jumping 11" or 7". She loves the game of flyball and we are lucky to have such an essential asset in this sport. |

Nomination for Judge of the Year |

Jonathan Bescher - Clayton, NC |
Nominated by: Amy Deschler, Jacksonville, FL, US |
I've been playing Flyball for over 17 years and played under many judges. Jonathan stands out as one of the nicest, easiest going, knowledgeable judges of many good judges. His calls are fair and clear. He articulates and indicates wins and losses clearly making it easy to know what is going on in the lanes. Jonathan is always ready to help in any way he can. He is calm in difficult situations, and he always promotes our sport in a positive light. I enjoy his quick wit and his constant smile even during a long day. He deserves the honor of Judge of the Year! |

Justin Ernst - Blaine, MN |
Nominated by: Kristin Adams, Dane, WI, US |
I attended many tournaments in Minneapolis over the winter where Justin was head judge or relief judging. He brings a certain level of humor to the ring to make racing fun. He’s also very kind and fair and thoroughly enjoy racing under his kind judging. |
